Our Return Policy:
Effective August 17, 2021 we are unable to issue refunds on hair extensions and wigs. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us within three days of receiving your order. Store credit may be issued if the merchandise is indeed defective or damaged, it has not been worn, combed or brushed through, washed, cut, unbundled, or altered in any other way.
